The global objective of the project is to encourage the emergence of a public-private partnership for the development and processing of agricultural resources that represented 45% of Niger GDP in 2015. The agriculture sector is therefore favourable for investors. This project is for the creation of a modern industrial processing plant to convert moringa seeds into oil and satisfy high national demand for basic necessities, while reinforcing socio-economic development in Niger
